Packing your passport is a no-brainer. But there are a few things that you need to do before putting it in your travel bag.

First, you should check the expiry date. In most cases, you can’t get a visa or a visa on arrival unless your passport is valid for at least three or six months, depending on your destination.

If you’re an EU citizen, you might be able to travel from one European country to another using your ID. Nevertheless, checking your passport and making sure that it’s valid is always a good idea.

Travel Pillow

Make use of long trips and enjoy good sleep with the help of your good old travel pillow. You can use it on the plane, train, bus, or car, and it will keep your head supported for maximum comfort.

If you don’t want to buy a travel pillow, you can make your own using an infinity scarf by wrapping it around your neck.

Unfortunately, different countries in the world have different power outlets. This means that without adapters, you might not be able to charge your laptop or smartphone and become completely isolated.

There are plenty of eye masks on the market. So, pick a soft and silky one and enjoy your sleep whenever you like.

As for the rest of your clothes, always check the weather app to decide on the layers that you’re going to pack. Make sure that you can mix and match different items to save space and have enough outfits for your trip.

Keep in mind the kind of activities you want to take part in. For example, if you’re planning to go hiking or partying, you should have the right clothes for the occasion.

Disinfecting Wipes

Don’t take risks while you’re traveling away from home, and always wipe the surface you’re touching. Whether you’re on a plane or traveling by train, alcohol wipes that eliminate germs will be extremely beneficial. …
